Grant Application Printing Instructions
When you are finished print the Grant Application and mail it to the Watertown Community Foundation, 211 East Kemp Avenue, P.O. Box 116, Watertown, SD 57201-0116.
A Grant Use Report form is sent to all grant recipients for completion following expenditure of the funds. Site visits and direct reporting may also be part of the evaluation process.
